The Law of Thinking dictates that we only attract what we think.

What are your thoughts? What are you thinking all day long? When you’re washing, eating, dressing… what are your thoughts in these moments? Whatever your thoughts are, they create a feeling, that feeling has a vibration and that vibration brings about things to match your thoughts.

So, let’s say you had a rough night, you didn’t sleep well and your alarm wakes you up. You know, you “have to” get up… you “have to” go to work… you “have to” do whatever it’s on your plan for the day, but you didn’t have your proper sleep and you start thinking “gosh, I hate this! I don’t want to get up…” that thought right there started a trigger of events and next thing you know you can’t find your socks, you drop your coffee mug, you have to clean up, now you’re running late, you hit the traffic and you’re late for work. Boss gives you a hard time and before you know it your day is a disaster, because with each and every thing that happens you think more negative thoughts which attract more circumstances to match your thoughts.

Option number two: you had a rough night, you didn’t sleep well and your alarm wakes you up. You know you “have to” get up… you “have to go to work… you “have to” do whatever it’s on your plan for the day, but you didn’t have your proper sleep and now you are aware that there is a law of thinking and you know that your thoughts trigger events to match your thoughts so instead of allowing the circumstances to dictate your thoughts, you CHOOSE to say… “tonight I’ll get in bed earlier because I “want to” do all I have planned for today. Your thoughts and the fact you “want to” and not “have to” trigger a different kind of events compared to the previous scenario, and before you know it your day is amazing, not only you’re not feeling tired, you feel good. And when you go to bed after a “feel good” day next day you wake up rested.

I’m pretty sure that you had mornings when you allowed your thoughts to rumble around and dictate your day and if you look back all your bad days have been triggered by some sort of thought and it may not have been necessarily in the morning, but it was an event or something that triggered you to react negative. So, I’m not asking you to take my word for it, I dare you to try it and become aware of your thoughts. The moment you catch yourself in a negative thought, take a decision to change it, to look for the good in that moment or think of something that makes you smile, and you will see the effect of the law manifesting in your day.

By changing your conscious thought patterns, which is your ruling state, you allow yourself to change the results to what you want. How far a person can go, or how great the success a person can have depends on their thinking. Life is not happening to us… life is happening through us, through our thoughts, through our thinking. Because most of the people do not know about this law, they allow their thoughts to dictate their life; the thoughts people have “by default” are actually the result of their environment. The people you surround yourself with think and talk about certain things that bring them certain results and you being part of that environment allow your thoughts to be absorbed by the results you see. You look at their results you think their results you create similar results.

Change your environment and your thoughts start changing; when your thoughts change, your results change.

Change your thoughts and your results change, when your results change, your environment changes.
