We are not born winners and we are not born losers either. We are born choosers. There is no difference between people other than their choices. The secret of your success lays within you… with your choice. You have the power to choose to carry on or to give up. Within you lay the answer to all your questions. There is no such thing as impossible. Impossible is the excuse people bring up when they don’t want to try.
Thomas Edison didn’t think it’s impossible to create a light bulb, everybody else did.
The Wright brothers – Orville and Wilbur – didn’t think it was impossible to make an object fly, others did.
Guglielmo Marconi was referred by his friends to an insane asylum when he spoke of wireless communication.
I can go on with hundreds of examples of people who made the impossible a reality, but you get the idea. There was no difference between these people and their peers, other than choice. They chose to believe in their plan, stick to it, and didn’t give up until they succeeded.
“A winner is a dreamer who never gives up” – Nelson Mandela
I’m not asking you to reinvent the wheel or discover new technology. I’m asking you to believe in the power of your choice and perseverance. I’m asking you to believe that whatever you dream about you can bring about and anything that crosses your mind is possible. It is your choice to believe and it is your choice to succeed. The key to success is in your commitment.
“Losers make promises they often break. Winners make commitments they always keep” – Denis Waitley
We don’t lose in life because we’re not good at something. We lose in life because we get good at quitting.
“A winner never quits, and a quitter never wins” – Napoleon Hill
You don’t have to be in competition with somebody else to become a winner. You have to be in competition with yourself. When you’re about to give up think of all the times you gave up and try one more time and be better than your old self. Be a winner every time you’re tempted to give up. Win the little battles so you can win the war. Developed a habit to be a winner and everything will seem possible.
“Winning doesn’t always mean being first. Winning means you’re doing better than you’ve ever done before” – Bonnie Blair
I know you can be successful, and I believe you deserve to be successful. If you quit, you give up on you, you give up on your goal and your chance to be a winner for the rest of your life. If you feel like losing hope in your goal, give it one more go! Do it one more time! Do not give up!
“A winner is just a loser who tried one more time” – George Augustus Moore.
Winners are not people that never fail, but people who never quit. You can do this! You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Thank you for being strong.
Love and Peace!
